Martine Drapeau

When looking at her professional practice, there is no doubt about Martine’s interest for the body and movement. She started as a physical educator, became a massage therapist and practiced this profession during 12 years and then studied human sexuality. What mostly fascinates her is all that makes it possible for people to freely express themselves with their body. It is through the study of sexology, and her experience as a psychotherapist, that she discovered how sexuality and its expression are central in the life of individuals. Since 1999 she has been part of the teaching staff at UQAM, in the department of sexology and has her own private practice in Blainville.
