Whether for professional certification, professional development, or for personal interest, this course will introduce you to all of the basic aspects of foot reflexology. Reflexology is a natural practice based on the theory that there are areas, or reflexes, in the body that are linked to every body system & its parts; working on these reflexes helps the body bring on and maintain balance, or homeostasis. This causes immediate reduction in stress at the same time as it increases circulation, relaxation, and elimination.
