• Meditation Group - Weekly
  A weekly meditation group, 30 minutes guided meditation followed by dharma talk and discussion. Every Sunday. Cost $5 donation suggested (not required).
• Sinuses, Sniffles & Stuffed Up
  3 Hours. Cost $60 ($50 before Feb. 27, 2012).

Free Meditation Sessions!

Every Sunday at 4pm, NHC will be hosting Meditation Sessions!

They will be lead by Sean Gardner. Check him out here.

It is a weekly meditation group, 30 minute guided meditation followed by dharma talk and discussion. Teachings influenced by the teachings of Noah Levine and the dharma punx nation. All are welcome, no experience needed. Discussions will focus on the Four Noble Truths, Eightfold Path, Brahma Viharas; the essential teachings of the Buddha. 5$ suggested donation, no one will be turned away due to lack of funds.
